Saddlery & Equipment
Saddlery for Horses
Saddles and tack have seen many changes over the past fifty years. None more so than in recent times with the use of computer technology, pressure testing equipment and hindsight! Many people have questioned the traditional views and ideas of saddles and saddles fitting, resulting in a new wave of saddlery design and how they fit on our horses. Treeless saddles have come into a lot of press lately and many people say they are riding a much happier horse because of them. The traditional flocking has come under scrutiny, many claiming that it hinders a horses’ movement and is hard and uncomfortable. Foam, air and gel are now all commonplace as alternatives.
