Also our vision of life is very much different to the horse. Important visions to the horse are : Where is the natural water? Why do I have to drink tap water? On many occasions I have been shown exactly where the underwater springs and currents are in the field. Sometimes the owner does not even know. One horse in fact would not go past an area in the school as the water in the pipes below caused a vibration which the horse did not like. He then ran past this particular area every time. Horses also mention crows. I wondered about this for a long time and then 2 people informed me that crows are known for landing on horses and plucking hair from them for their nest. Not something that we as owners might even notice or consider.

The most touching cases are the horses that have had pain all their lives. The misunderstood horse. Just yesterday I was attending to a mare. Bold, Bossy, Defiant, Fought with everyone. As I put my hand over her tender body. Her reactions told the story. She spun and moved uncomfortably away. I have no need to touch the horse with my hands. Healing energy is very powerful and the horse makes it quite clear where there is a problem. By law and ethical practice I am not allowed and would not want to diagnose any medical conditions. Horses can do that for themselves so your vet is always the first point of call. There are lots of therapies and treatments about each with a different skill to offer………To feel your horse’s emotional pain and ongoing battle in life is a very touching and emotional experience. For me to say your horse appears to have a reaction to my healing energy is one thing but for you to actually feel it is most certainly a unique experience.
